Today, my instructor extended the horizon further and made me stretch a little bit more in every posture of the surya namaskaram. He then taught me different postures that have benefits of their own. One of them enhances vision, one improves concentration and focus and the other maintains a healthy spine. Surprisingly, I seem to be more flexible that I expected to be. Even my instructor applauded and appreciated me every time I got an asana right.
